RODEO CARTIE — PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rodeo Cartie occasionally offers promotional discounts, complimentary gifts, and limited-time incentives. All promotions are subject to eligibility requirements, product availability, and the terms outlined below.

By participating in a promotion, customers acknowledge the applicable promotional conditions disclosed before purchase.

1. Black Friday Promotional Discounts

• Discounts of up to 70% OFF apply to select eligible merchandise only.

• Discount percentages may vary by product, style, size, and availability.

• Promotional prices and offers are available for a limited time and may be discontinued for future purchases.

• Eligible promotional discount codes, including BLACK10, may be combined with applicable offers when specifically permitted at checkout.

• Discounts have no cash redemption value and cannot be applied retroactively unless required by law.

2. Complimentary Mystery Gift Promotion

During select promotional periods, Rodeo Cartie may offer complimentary mystery gifts with qualifying boot or hat purchases.

Eligibility and limitations:

• Only qualifying boots and hats are eligible for the mystery gift promotion.

• Customers may receive up to ONE (1) complimentary mystery gift per qualifying boot or hat item purchased.

• Belts, accessories, boot jacks, and other nonqualifying merchandise do not independently qualify.

• Complimentary mystery gifts are subject to availability and are not guaranteed with every purchase.

• Gifts are offered while designated promotional supplies last.

• Mystery gifts are selected exclusively by Rodeo Cartie. Customers cannot select or request a particular item.

• Gift appearance, style, color, design, and type may vary.

• A mystery gift may not be included if promotional inventory has been exhausted or the order does not satisfy the offer requirements.

• Complimentary gifts have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for alternative merchandise or store credit.

Advertised gift value: The promotional mystery gift may be advertised at a $49.99 retail value. Any gift supplied under that representation will have a substantiated retail value consistent with the advertised offer.

3. Complimentary Boot Jack — Combo Promotion

Select qualifying Rodeo Cartie boot and belt combos may include a complimentary wooden boot jack.

• One (1) complimentary boot jack may be provided per qualifying combo purchased.

• This promotion applies exclusively to designated eligible combo products.

• Complimentary boot jacks are subject to promotional inventory availability.

• Boot jack gifts are not guaranteed when promotional supplies have been exhausted.

• Complimentary boot jacks cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for alternative products, or requested separately.

• Purchases of individual boots, belts, or other merchandise do not qualify for this specific combo promotion unless expressly advertised.

4. Promotional Gift Availability

All complimentary promotional items are subject to limited availability.

Rodeo Cartie reserves the right to:

• Establish and enforce reasonable promotional eligibility requirements and quantity limits.

• Limit promotional gifts to available inventory.

• Discontinue or modify promotional offers for future purchases.

• Decline promotional gifts for orders that do not satisfy the advertised eligibility requirements.

• Substitute a promotional gift with an item of equal or greater advertised value where substitution is permitted and clearly disclosed.

The purchase of an eligible item does not guarantee receipt of a complimentary gift unless the gift is expressly confirmed as included with that purchase.

If a complimentary gift is unavailable, Rodeo Cartie will not automatically provide a cash equivalent, store credit, or replacement unless required by the terms of the applicable offer or applicable law.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Promotional Gifts

Complimentary gifts are provided in connection with qualifying merchandise purchases and are subject to the following return conditions:

• When a qualifying product is returned for a refund, the corresponding complimentary promotional gift must also be returned.

• All returned promotional gifts must be included with the associated merchandise return.

• If multiple qualifying items are purchased and only one is returned, the complimentary gift associated with that returned item must also be returned.

• If a qualifying combo is returned, any complimentary boot jack and other gifts received with that combo must also be returned.

• Promotional gifts should be returned in their original condition, subject to applicable law.

• If a required promotional gift is not returned, Rodeo Cartie may apply a previously disclosed, lawful refund adjustment reflecting the value of the unreturned gift, where permitted by applicable law.

• Any refund adjustment will comply with applicable consumer protection laws and the promotional conditions presented at purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits customers' statutory rights regarding defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming merchandise.

6. Promotional Combinations

• Eligible Black Friday discounts, discount codes, and complimentary gift promotions may be combined when expressly permitted.

• Promotional eligibility is determined by the applicable offer requirements and the items purchased.

• The inclusion of one promotional benefit does not automatically qualify an order for every other promotion.

• Complimentary promotional gifts do not have a cash value and cannot be used toward minimum purchase requirements.

7. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• Canceled or fully refunded qualifying purchases are not eligible to retain associated promotional gifts.

• If a qualifying item is removed from an order before fulfillment, its corresponding promotional gift may also be removed.

• Gift quantities may be adjusted when qualifying merchandise quantities change.

• Any previously fulfilled promotional gifts associated with returned merchandise must be returned according to the terms above.

8. Promotional Errors & Misuse

Rodeo Cartie reserves the right to correct genuine promotional pricing, listing, or technical errors in accordance with applicable law.

Rodeo Cartie may decline promotional benefits in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.

9. Changes to Promotional Offers

Rodeo Cartie may modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions for future purchases without advance notice, where legally permitted.

Changes will not retroactively remove promotional benefits that customers were entitled to under the terms applicable to their completed purchases.
