At Rodeo Cartie, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with flexible purchase options. 1. PURCHASE OPTIONS
We offer the following payment methods to accommodate our customers:

Shop Pay Installments: Eligible orders may qualify for installment payments through Shop Pay.

Gift Cards & Store Credit: Customers can apply store credit or gift card balances at checkout.

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received and verified.
2. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
To ensure timely processing and fulfillment of all orders, we have the following policies regarding changes and cancellations:

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and cannot be modified once they enter the shipping stage.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed for shipping.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be in fulfillment.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the item.

Modifications:

Due to system limitations, orders cannot be modified after placement. If you need a different item or size, please cancel your order within the eligible time frame and place a new order.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Rodeo Cartie reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to suspected fraud, payment disputes, pricing errors, or availability issues. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
3. NON-CANCELLABLE PURCHASES
Certain purchases are final and non-cancellable, including:

Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Once placed, these items cannot be changed or canceled.

Final Sale Items: Marked as non-returnable and non-refundable.

Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final.

Shop Pay Installments: Orders made through Shop Pay Installments cannot be canceled after payment is processed.
4. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

If an order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a cancellation request is denied due to processing status, the customer must wait to receive the item and initiate a return following our Return & Exchange Policy.

Rodeo Cartie is not responsible for any fees, interest, or penalties incurred from third-party payment providers due to a canceled or refunded order.
5. LIABILITY & LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

Rodeo Cartie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, purchase of our products, or issues related to order processing and fulfillment.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that delays, shipping issues, or unforeseen circumstances do not constitute grounds for legal action against Rodeo Cartie.

Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring their purchase meets their needs before completing the transaction.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
Rodeo Cartie shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in processing orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.).

Government actions, regulatory changes, or trade restrictions.

Strikes, labor shortages, or disruptions in supply chains.

System failures, cyber-attacks, or technical malfunctions affecting order processing or payments.
In the event of such occurrences, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and process orders as soon as conditions allow.
7. UNIQUE CRAFTSMANSHIP & EXOTIC ORIGINAL SKINS

Natural Variations: Due to the nature of exotic original skins, each boot is unique, and the left and right boot will not be identical. No two animal skins are the same, which means that color variations, textures, and patterns may differ slightly from product images.

Handcrafted Quality: Our boots are handcrafted by skilled artisans, not mass-produced in China factories. Due to this, minor variations or signs of craftsmanship may be present, adding to the authenticity and uniqueness of each pair.

No Refunds for Natural Differences: These natural variations and handcrafted details are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges based on aesthetic differences.
