Shaped in the Wide Square Texas profile and finished with a 4-inch brim, the hat maintains a strong Western identity while its matching self-felt band, silver and gold buckle hardware, and satin-finished interior introduce a more polished level of detail.

ZONE-ASSIGNED MATERIAL ARCHITECTURE™
Each leather used in a Rodeo Cartie boot is evaluated for thickness consistency, grain stability, flex tolerance, and aging behavior. Firm hides are assigned to structural zones for support and shape retention. More adaptive leathers are used in flex zones to allow movement without breakdown.
ENGINEERED EXOTIC INTEGRATION™
Before use, exotic hides are tested for grain adhesion, flex endurance, and structural compatibility. Only hides that perform within the same tolerance range as standard materials are integrated into the boot.
